Reveal Yerselves (and discuss men's hairstyles) - Belle Hibiki - 02-03-2009 Xena Wrote:There's no such thing as cheerleading in secondary schools. I didn't experience American Football and Cheerleaders until I went to University to play American Football. That didn't answer the question! Reveal Yerselves (and discuss men's hairstyles) - Celena - 02-03-2009 Oh well then! Reveal Yerselves (and discuss men's hairstyles) - Ashe - 02-03-2009 ...the teachers maybe? Reveal Yerselves (and discuss men's hairstyles) - Celena - 02-03-2009 There were school sluts, trust me. Sadly, they weren't the teachers. Although there was a rumour running around that an English teacher had an orgy with three 5th year boys. Reveal Yerselves (and discuss men's hairstyles) - Celena - 02-03-2009 Let's ban sport from universities altogether, right? Reveal Yerselves (and discuss men's hairstyles) - Sage - 02-03-2009 Let's ban universities from sport! Reveal Yerselves (and discuss men's hairstyles) - Kaden - 02-03-2009 Xena Wrote:Let's ban sport from universities altogether, right? I actually think they should. Reveal Yerselves (and discuss men's hairstyles) - Celena - 02-03-2009 Explain your reasons. Reveal Yerselves (and discuss men's hairstyles) - Kaden - 02-04-2009 I think that, overall, sports detract from the purpose of higher education, that's all. I don't really feel the need -- nor do I have the desire -- to defend my opinion. Just wanted to voice that not everyone thinks sports, in universities, are a good thing. I will say, however, that they bring a lot of money to schools that they can't get elsewhere. Reveal Yerselves (and discuss men's hairstyles) - Lucifer - 02-05-2009 Not here they don't. University sports are nothing more than amateur. Reveal Yerselves (and discuss men's hairstyles) - Kazuya - 02-05-2009 Is it me, or does he have that power to exude his accent even across text? Reveal Yerselves (and discuss men's hairstyles) - Szar - 02-05-2009 It's not just you. Whenever I read what Will types, my mind adds an accent. Reveal Yerselves (and discuss men's hairstyles) - Kazuya - 02-05-2009 That's fuckin' nuts, dude. XD Reveal Yerselves (and discuss men's hairstyles) - Szar - 02-05-2009 I don't know why it does, I just do. Reveal Yerselves (and discuss men's hairstyles) - Vad - 02-05-2009 Same here... Reveal Yerselves (and discuss men's hairstyles) - Super Buu - 02-05-2009 Being a British cliché is just as much about the way you word your sentences as it is the accent. Thus when you read something like "hmph, I grow most weary of this troublesome waiting" your mind fills in the blanks and adds an appropriately stereotyped voice. You guys are writers, you should know this =P Reveal Yerselves (and discuss men's hairstyles) - Vad - 02-05-2009 Rose Wrote:Being a British cliché is just as much about the way you word your sentences as it is the accent. At 12 AM all cognitive functions are shut down for the night. =/ Reveal Yerselves (and discuss men's hairstyles) - Lucifer - 02-08-2009 Rose Wrote:Being a British cliché is just as much about the way you word your sentences as it is the accent. He's confusing being a cliché with being proper, but his point still holds. Reveal Yerselves (and discuss men's hairstyles) - Ashe - 02-08-2009 I write a lot of my characters the same way, but I don't read any person on this site in any form of "verbal style". Maybe its just me, but I rarely attribute a voice to OOC typing, although in character is entirely different. |
