Champions - Rafael - 04-20-2011 Yeah, Amumu is a lot of fun and really awesome in team fights. Champions - Super Buu - 04-20-2011 I still haven't found a champion I enjoy or win with more than Renekton. I've been enjoying Sivir though, great for quick pushes and then running back (when teams seems to just be ignoring lanes and playing deathmatch, as with Monday Night Combat) as well as whittling down champs easily during laning with her Q. One champion I'm trying to get good with is Evelynn. When you do it right, she's makes the whole team too scared to leave their towers. When you do it wrong, it's catastrophic for your own team. I think I might need to get more defensive items on her and not be so classically 'rogue', because otherwise late game you can't do anything. Champions - Ashe - 04-20-2011 I was just playing Renekton again last night for a game, to see how the changes hit him. With my buildstyle for him, not much at all. I never went "supa tank" build on him. I get a lot from Def tree but build heavy dps after that. Worked like a charm. Champions - Super Buu - 04-22-2011 Rumble sounds hella fun with that overheating mechanic. Gonna have this on loop while playing him. Champions - Rafael - 04-22-2011 Seems nigh-identical to Renekton's mechanic minus the whole going melee mode at cap Edit: also, lolz at the tunez Champions - Super Buu - 04-22-2011 How is a ranged version of Renekton a bad thing? Champions - Kaden - 04-22-2011 Rafael Wrote:Seems nigh-identical to Renekton's mechanic minus the whole going melee mode at cap He seems the exact opposite, to me. Ren builds up fury and expends it to get awesome effects that only benefit himself or hinder his enemies. No risk to himself. Rumble builds up heat and then gets extra strength, but at great risk to himself. The player has to make the judgment about whether or not its worth it to lose range and the ability to cast in order to get extra effects. Also remember that some Summoner Spells get disabled during Silence. It sounds like he'll be a very diverse champion. While a lot changes depending on ratio numbers and whether he has AD or AP ratios, but I wouldn't be surprised if you'll be able to build for Ranged DPS, Melee DPS, Tank, or Caster. Ranged DPS is straight forward, using skills to augment AA damage and keep targets in range. Melee DPS would be intentionally overheating Rumble and then using the extra magic damage per attack to focus down single targets. Tank is tank; his ultimate and Electro-Harpoon sound like pretty good initiation tools. Caster would use Ult/Harpoon to keep people in flamethrower. Could be cool stuff. I'm looking forward to his spotlight. Champions - Rafael - 04-23-2011 Anyone play Sion at all? This guy has to be a late bloomer or something because man is he weak early. Just got annihilated 3 games in a row where I couldn't even hold my own in lane, which I haven't had to say on even my least favorite champs. His spells cost so much freaking mana, don't hit hard at all, and he has not survivability aside from derp mc 50 point shiels Champions - Sigfried Hunin - 04-23-2011 Rafael Wrote:Anyone play Sion at all? Champions - Tyr - 04-23-2011 Rafael, go to full AP balls to the wall. He is an amazing AP character. Champions - Waffuru - 04-23-2011 AP Sion. I've gotten first blood several times with Sion. The mana can be a problem, but once you get 1000 gold, you should be immediately going back for a Goddess Tear, which will remove your mana problems. And then in late game, I can turn on my shield and make many of the enemy team run away. So I guess I'm saying that you're high. HIGH. Champions - Sigfried Hunin - 04-25-2011 So Gragas is pretty coooool. Champions - Orion - 04-25-2011 Gragas is a champion I've been meaning to play but I never seem to get there. Champions - Sigfried Hunin - 04-25-2011 When he has a shitton of AP he can do massive burst damage Champions - Kole T. Merr - 04-26-2011 Rumble is fun Champions - Kole T. Merr - 04-26-2011 Just so you know, Fiddle's drain maxes out at 80% heal. Makes junglesticks more difficult. Champions - John Doe - 04-26-2011 Well that's good. Junglesticks was the easiest jungler in the game. Hands down. Unless you're too retarded to click a single button over and over and over and over and over again. I went 0/0/0 masteries with no runes and still jungled Fiddlesticks. :\ Champions - Kaden - 04-26-2011 You just need cloth armor and smite now. Champions - John Doe - 04-26-2011 OMG FIDDLESTICKS WITH SMITE U BAD BRO!? |
