I was 2 hours into Xenogears, had been playing and waiting for a save point for an hour, when it freezes during a cutscene. Like, a still of the anime cutscene, but the audio was actually every cutscene of the game starting from the beginning. Wtf. I Googled and apparently you just apply some -r thing from command prompt, which restarts the game, which means if I ever want to continue the story I have to replay that hour of needlessly long dialogue. So I'm pretty much done with that game forever, which is sad because I hear it's great and I was enjoying it very much.

This pisses me off twice as much as it normally would (which would be pretty pissed) because earlier I had audio problems with Max Payne, which will persist even if I buy the game. And neither Max Payne title supports gamepad use, so I'm stuck with a mouse like some computer fag, which I don't have.

I just want to play old games on my crappy computer in my room with no tv with no money to buy a console or a tv. Is that too much to ask??? ;_;

I'd rather try ePSXe instead of PSX, that one supposedly has a built in fix for one of the dream sequence problems. And just hope that the rest of the game plays alright.

Love how much this sells for on eBay and Amazon. You'd think buying a PS1 and a copy of the game would be a cheap alternative. Not so much.

Simpsons Hit & Run is added to the list of games that have FUCKING PROBLEMS while you're tying to FUCKING PLAY. Which is sad because I was enjoying it like nobodies business. It's not unplayable, but about 30% of the time the streets will disappear and you're just like driving over clouds, unable to see objects in the road and shit.

All the sound in Max Payne has to be converted to .wav format just to work in Vista, which pretty much doubles the size of the game. That's actually not that big a deal, but the fact that I have to do it at all irks me.

Some of the textures in the tutorial level of Mafia were flashing pink and shit. The rest of the game (so far) has been fine though, although I'm only a mission in.

I'm certain the problems I'm having with PS1 emulators is Vista related.

Vista is just stupid. At least for he people like me, who don't have a good enough setup to run DX10 angled games. Which, I hear, also bug the fuck up.

Punisher: War Zone.

The worst movie I will ever see in my fucking life.

That's right. Ever. This movie was so terrible that I am 100% certain it's going to be the most terrible thing I have ever witnessed until the day I die. There is no longer a bottom, or a worst, there's just "next to Punisher: War Zone". The phrase "since Punisher: War Zone" will also be acceptable, maybe in a couple hundred or thousand years from now.

Let's start with the acting. The acting was not good. At all. It was very bad. Every actor in this film made Nicole Sheridan look like Meryl fucking Streep on performance enhancing drugs that fucked up her voice and made her miss her appointment with her plastic surgeon. What, you expected that to make sense? This is 2009, motherfucker, and Punisher War Zone has made it apparent that things dont have to make sense anymore. I don't know which was worse, the acting or the plot. Or the lighting. Or the pacing of the story. Or the song that played over the credits. Or how Frank walked around in broad fucking daylight with a bulletproof vest on, strapped with enough semi-automatic weapons (in plain sight) to level a condominium, bleeding from his ass and face. AND NOBODY SAYS ANYTHING. Unless this was some satire on New York crime prevention, it was pretty fucking retarded.

The action was just stupid, misplaced, and fail.

Everything about this movie was just WRONG. If you liked this movie then you are WRONG, and you will die alone and nobody will ever love you. Every copy of this movie must be destroyed, lest space aliens watch it and destroy the entire planet out of disgust. That's right, Punisher: War Zone is a threat to National. Fucking. Security. That's how wrong this movie is.

I was all ready for Max Payne to be the worst movie I've ever seen, ha! Max Payne was easily 5 times as good as this movie, and it was also shit.

I sort of agree, but he still didn't do a GOOD job, and they got the character so wrong this time. The Punisher doesn't consider quitting his job, for one. He is a remorseless killing machine, a bit sociopathic even, that's his shit. Secondly, the whole air of self-pity he had during the entire movie pissed me off. Comic-fanboyism aside, I think he did a good job with what he had. Some sort of narration would have been good, considering he hardly ever spoke, which is true to the character but not entertaining.

EVERY actor in that movie did a god-aweful job, which leads me to think that maybe it was the script they were working with, which was aweful as well. Make no mistake, the acting was BAD, I just don't know if the actors felt the script wasn't worth their fulling acting chops, or if they just sucked.

Every character was just so stupid and poorly written. I can't pick a worst, because that would require a second viewing, which I will never submit myself to ever again.

And why, WHY even have Micro in this film? Why did he get absolutely no backstory? People who've never read the comics (extensively, at that) won't even know who the fuck he is.

You guys have no idea what a bad movie is as it's obvious that none of you have seen the Keeper of Time. It's so bad that you won't ever see it at a store, unless that store is located in the seventh circle of hell. Then, it will be the only movie you'll find. Seriously, there's not even any clips on youtube and EVERYTHING is on youtube. The DVD box art lead me to believe it was some 80's-era indie fantasy story, but after I bought it used from a rental store I discovered it was just a really, really terrible film from 2004.
