Custom Technique Approval - Tyr - 08-27-2011
Overload - Tyr throws a charge of pure energy at an enemy for heavy damage.
Prerequisite: Elemental Ki: Lightning
Raun Prison - Tyr traps target enemy in a cage of lightning, preventing them from moving and dealing damage.
Prerequisite: Elemental Ki: Lightning
Thunder Flux - Tyr releases an orb of pure lightning power that deals damage and bounces from the initial target up to 6 times.
Note: Tyr can use himself as a conduit for his Thunder Flux ability if there are no additional enemies to bounce the technique off of. This does not damage the Tyr.

Gun Kata Mastery - Sorry for the delay. Gun Kata Mastery is considered a fighting style thus you have no need to buy it as a custom technique therefore you will not be able to buy it. You can however explain it thoroughly in your roster for people to read. :D

Unseen Orchestra- Knowing that, at times, getting into someones head and psyching them out can be a great strategy, Nova has manipulated his powers over wind and sound to create air-wave ventricular projections. While Nova could perhaps make you think you heard a snap or something behind you, this technique can, but is not limited to creating actual music. Usually it will be a dark instrumental peice, but can also mimc the sound of an entire band(if he's actually heard the music before)

Ok, so first question is if I had Hyper Feint also as a prerequisite, could I learn Biding Time?
Second, are elements of time travel something I still have to work up to more, or are they not possible at all? This technique would only last for a few seconds. QUICK ATTACK style!

Perfectly reproduce the physical movement of any observed movement just having seen it once. This will also work for having seen a technique while using Foresight (learning a movement through Foresight before it has happened in the present).

I guess it's flavor? It's whatever purely physical movement she sees, regardless of whether she sees it in the present or in the future with Foresight. Combined with this is the idea that if you know how to perform an action, you also know how to counter it. It wouldn't be mimicking anything to do with ki or other special ability.

Sorry. I've been out of it this month. Time Travel isn't going to fly any way you look at it. As for Bandura's Lesson I really don't have a problem with it just know that it's not going to work perfectly every time. It would depend on who you're fighting.
