Your CA in your postbit is most likely incorrect. So, Juno's list is wrong. I have the correct list and am editing it in now.

Is it just me, or is Vad 200 CA even ahead of what he should be?
EDIT: Talked to Waff, he's double dipping on the Fighting Sense refund. In other words, we're guessing you are using a running total of xp spent on a notepad and when Vad got 20 xp refunded for the removal of FS, it wasn't noted so he's counted as spent AND what was readded to his xp.
We'll check around and see if there are other cases of it to try and save some stress
