Description
Meant to be the perfect being by Doctor Gero, Cell is in the first stage of what will eventually become the perfect killing machine, already incorporating the best of several of Earth's warriors and Frieza. In his base form he feels only the driving hunger for more power, feeding on the population of Earth to satisfy him, growing ever stronger as more and more fall to the sting of his tail.

Moves:
Kamehameha: One of the most popular attacks in the universe, the Kamehameha consists of the hands being drawn behind the body, gathering Ki energy within them, shouting the name of the attack, and firing a blue blast attack with a decent power for the energy put into it.
Death Beam: One of Frieza's favored moves, a violet beam of energy is blasted from two fingers, moving quickly and capable of piercing the target's body.
Explosive Wave: Pulling in Ki from all around, Cell releases it in a wave all around him, draining more Ki the bigger the explosion is, from several feet to about 50 yards being the maximum effective distance before the cost outweighs the benefits.
Special Abilities:
Regeneration: Thanks to cells from Piccolo, Cell can regenerate lost body parts and recover from grievous wounds, require a complete destruction of the body to prevent full regeneration over time.
