Well, on joining they tell you to go log into it because you have to change it from qwerty.

I'll PM you your pass, you go to the training page and log in on sunday, your points will be there until you spend them, you can let them build up for as long as you want.

thank you for help, I now have a new question, in order to first of all , post my character in the character vault what do i do, as it wont let me post, and second off, is the aprooving moves forum not saying anything due to the fact I have no character in character vault?

You post your moved in the best moves thread in the update board, then you post in the update forum with your character vault.
