That's a damn fine question. It's very, very difficult to get them. It's usually a saga type deal that sees people receive the things, but even then, they're getting harder and harder to find.
I don't know if there's a way to get them outside of sagas, so, hopefully someone who's been here longer than I have sees this post.

You need a reason for them. Like... "fighting to save the world and all of its inhabitants from total annihilation" kind of reason.

Is Taking the world over a good reason? Like, say perhaps, could a god of the Old Kingdom go there demanding some and like rough them up or snatch them and flee?
Or would that Idea be best to take up with Yamu?

If this is saga-related, talk to whoever is running it.
As for normally, taking over the world is not a good reason. You'd be getting them from Korin, who doesn't give them to people with less-than-benevolent reasons. And you can't steal them.
