i didn't know if i should put this here or in the roster. so here is where it's going.
i want to make a comeback, and be a custom???
i have the custom ready and such, just wanted to know if i could have my stats, items, and excetera from android 16. (stats and such are still on the old roster on the main page)
if not, no problem.
so whenever i get the verdict can i post my new character, roleplay, and the like here?

Short Bio: Dantes has lived alone since the age of five, when his parents died very mysteriously. With no parents, Dantes survived on whatever was readily available, occasionally killing and feeding on a humans flesh.
General Description: Long black hair, brown eyes. 6’5 with a very lanky build
Starting Moves: Shadow leap – Dantes uses the shadow around him to make him nearly invisible, within the shadows Dantes can jump from shadow to shadow within a fifty foot range without complete detection.
Thirteen – Using the darkest parts of his surroundings Dantes hides up to thirteen crimson red ki orbs. These orbs when either landed upon or within a ten foot circumference shoot towards Dantes opponent or opponents.
Gravity Ball – Dantes creates a crimson red and black swirling ball, that when touched by an opponent will send them whirling into what seems to be another dimension. The ball spins at such a rapid speed, that when contacted will suck the opponent into its rotation making there vision become so impaired that it’s nothing but darkness until the ball crashes into an inanimate object or dismissed.
