I coulda swore I saw a page about how to get spirit ken and stuff like Ki sense as well as pyrokinesis and I was wondering were to go so I can aspire to such things.

For Pyrokinesis, see Burter's link. For Ki Sense, you must be on Earth for the following timetable (you must also actively role-play during this time):
Ki Sense 1: You must be on Earth for three weeks (real time).
Ki Sense 2: 5 weeks on Earth, must have Ki Sense 1.
Ki Sense 3: 3 weeks on Earth, must have Ki Sense 2.
For Spiritken, you have to role-play exceptionally well following these requirements:
Spiritken- During the training of those native to Earth, one may find that if they spend at least two weeks there, they can train for the ability of Spiritken. A spiritual green aura will surround them, enhancing their abilities for the duration of the fight.
Requirements: Two Weeks Training on Earth
Multiplier: x10 Powerlevel
Species: Human/Non-Transformer
Spiritken (Trained)- By traveling to the distant planet of Namek, a Non-Transformer may complete three tasks there, learning to focus their energies even further into the developed form of Spiritken.
Requirements: Complete Three Training Quests (Train Body, Train Mind, Train Soul)
Multiplier: x20 Powerlevel
Species: Human/Non-Transformer

Keep in mind, however, that all training must meet staff approval. Busting out a few 300 word posts over the course of two weeks won't get you Spiritken.

Retane is Exhiled from Namek.... and I'd like to keep it that way...
I had thoughts of getting Namekain Body Size Contol... or the other... but have an issue. I cant exactly train with them... cuz they'd be ones to kill me on sight. I could perhaps... build a storyline on about it right? Or do you have to actually train for it?

We don't have a whole lot of requirements for it. You can't just say "Well, I'm special, so I can do something different, right?"
Be creative, but meet the requirements.
