Style: Self taught tiger claw / Tae-Kwon-Do
New Moves:
Dart of weariness: Lethe uses the weather to weaken his opponent. The dart is concealed in a raindrop. Without at least a drizzle an expensive burden of ki is required to perform the technique.
Derived from military technology.
Defining attribute: Intelligence
Solar Scan: A move that would seem a solar flare, an is announced so. "Solar Flare!"
Mirror attack: A move allowing Lethe to use the opponent's image to confuse them.
Combos: Pantometer Blast: Solar Scan+Mirror attack
By scanning first Lethe can assume his opponent's form to borrow their technique. Strength required unless a heavy downpour is present. Then Intellect.

No for Mirror Attack, as you cannot use an illusion without Telepathy or change form without Shapechange.
And no for Pantometer Blast, for the same reasons as listed above, and also because you cannot copy and use an opponent's technique, even temporarily.
