You need HL2 to get it, it's a free mod if you have HL2 already.

Pretty much you start a round and everyone is human, the game than selects 1-4 people randomly to start as zombies with 1 of them being the contagius guy (10% chance on hit to infect a human)
Pretty much Humans have to run around the map with only shit like shovels, pipes, frying pans, you have to try and find weapons and ammo which can be in boxes, in cubicles, anywhere.
There are 2 types of maps, Survival and Objective.
Survival is simple, try not to die and kill off the zombies until they run out of lives.
Objective is well, do what the objectives is to escape.
It's loads of fun.
