1) When we train with a sensei, we can only train for the techniques listed under "Abilities," correct?
2) What is the preferred length for a training topic on Kajin Rala? The same as a regular quest? More? Less?

Depends on the technique. You should know better then to expect us to tell you how much to write.

Yeah, we've never actually given people a set target to accumulate. Write to the point when you feel you've done enough/or more than enough.
