Descendants/ Random Question - Vad - 10-30-2008

So I've been told that there is a on going debate on the ability to create Descendants. Could I post the intro post and background for what I am going to do to show you what I mean?

I won't continue until I'm ok'ed. Thanks in advance.

For clarification, I want to create a custom Saiyan, the son of my old Canon character Toma.

My other question is, are the races listed by Reijin the only ones available? Well obviously Humans are available right? But I want to test the boundary of them.

My plan B for a custom, is going to be a human in which I'll want a different name. But that's fine details. Let me know if this is ok:

I was thinking for PLAN B, I'd make a human, but instead of the regular DBZ lore, where Gohan explains to Videl how everyone has the Energy inside them. They just need to learn about it. I wanted to make my character a test subject. Humans have found a way to bring out the ability to use your energy using a machine. Basically just bring them to normal starting standards to the RPG. Basic energy blasts and such, fighting ability. But it leaves him slightly mentally unstable. He can't control his anger and is an alcoholic.

I am working out the bugs in the idea plan. Thanks again Staffy.

As for your custom being the son of Toma, I'd wait until the decision has been reached as to whether or not that will be allowed. No background would be necessary at this point and time either way, although that may change.

As for your Plan B, "Humans" fall under the umbrella of "Non-Transformer," in which you can essentially make your character whatever race you want, be it humanoid, alien, reptile, mammal, whatever. So if you want a human or something that is like a human, it would be considered a Non-Transformer. And the storyline you have worked out would be fine. If it was a machine-type deal, I'd probably go with Android.
