This is to submit your ideas for Custom Techniques to be approved and priced for XP. We will be keeping track of these for future reference, and to make sure the right move with the right XP price goes to the right person.
Custom Technique Approval - Kaden - 01-02-2009
Sight - An extension of his ability to sense ki, Kaden can visualize the flow of ki through other beings. This can be used to figure out how an opponent performs specific attacks, or when they're storing energy, or just to see some pretty lights. While active, Kaden's eyes gain a faint glow.

Custom Technique Approval - Juno - 01-02-2009
Shutdown: Using his Possession technique, Juno can invade the minds of weaker enemies and effectively deactivate all brain function temporarily, rendering them unconscious. If tried on someone of equal or near-equal strength, this would simply fatigue them, and if tried on someone stronger, would most likely recoil and injure Juno, leaving him uncapable to access his abilities for a short period of time.

Kamehameha: An old classic with a 'twist'. The Kamehameha is a beam of blue ki which varies in strength depending on how much energy is put into it. Rose has a knack for bending the beam around corners and in loops, and can also use it with her arms stretched out. One-handed kamehamehas are possible, but half as powerful.
Just for the price check. May as well get this one out of the way so it can be used as a benchmark =P

Oh, and forgot this one:
Directed Invulnerability: Rose's puttalin heritage allows her not only to harden her body at will, but target specific body parts for the effect. This allows her to, for example, make just her fist or head invulnerable. The drawback of the increased density remains; her fist would be slower and heavier, and the more of her body that is invulnerable, the slower she gets until the full drawbacks are achieved with full-body invulnerability.

Shutdown: Using his Possession technique, Juno can invade the minds of weaker enemies and effectively slow down all brain function temporarily, rendering them unable to think clearly for a period of time and to a level that corresponds to their power level. For especially weak enemies, this can cause them to fall unconscious. For enemies on a more level playing field with Juno, this can cause them to be fatigued for a short period of time. If tried on a person stronger than Juno, it would most likely recoil and injure Juno, leaving him uncapable to access his abilities for a short period of time. This ability requires Juno to make direct contact with a person's forehead, and therefore leaves him open to attack while attempting to make such contact.

Yeah, I know. I was talking to Josh about it when I posted that. It could very easily go a little higher or a little lower depending on the specifics of the move. Which is relevant since I'm sure people will be making their very own "generic beam attack" at some point.

Sadist Demon Cannon:
Vad’s mind unlocks Trixie and she takes control of his body. Using all of her energy, plus Vad’s, she unleashes an extremely dangerous beam attack.
Ki Color: Pitch Black, with red lightning crackling around it.
Prepared:
Trixie, while in control of Vad, takes both arms and slices two dimensional rifts on either side of him. Extending his arms, she draws the energy required to bring out Vad’s maximum potential energy. As she gathers the energy from the dimensional rifts, black viscous energy is seeping out from them and into Vad’s hands. This process is charged and fired like Final Flash.
Side Effect:
Random moods of Trixie are heard while this attack is being charged, from her sexual pleasure, to her screaming in rage, to laughing and crying.
((Considered a Final move and will leave Vad’s mind drained and Trixie drained for awhile, as well as 95% of Vad’s energy gone.))
EDIT: On a side note I should say, Trixie doesn't boost his power. She merely uses his power as her own. Thus, his maximum power, is her's.

Feral Aura
Hibiki doesn't know the meaning of the word 'quit.' His indomitable spirit can be felt even through the aura he puts out. When he flares his ki, even the most confident opponents can be momentarily shaken.
This move induces a form of temporary paralysis or shock in opponents. Attacking opponents are stopped in their tracks for approximately a second before they can recover.

Body Switch: Instead of just being able to invade their mind, Juno has adapted the ability to actually send their consciousness to his body and his consciousness to their body. Works exactly like Captain Ginyu's infamous "Body Switch" technique works in Dragonball Zento, the Ginyu Saga.
