Short Bio: Doctor Anthony Cringle was driven from his home world due to the constant harassment derived from his namesake and general appearance (and due to questionable practices in a number of fields of study). Finding himself homeless, Dr. Cringle sought a more suitable habitat that had little in way of scruples in the pursuit of knowledge. In that way, he found Frost Planet #213. It was there where he was welcomed with open arms, just so long as he provided Frost's military and the general populace of Frost a constant supply of lethal munitions of his own devising...
General Description: Dr. Cringle looks uncannily like the mythical figure Santa Claus, though a tad less jolly. He's also in much better shape, due in part to his studies in the nature of ki and how it's processed.
