I know that no OOC messages are allowed in an IC post, but what about a link? Would I be abke to place a link in my post, as to show a fight that takes place between the last post and the next. That ok?

No, sorry. You can't put anything but RP in a RP post. If you want to give additional information, such as images, links, or OOC references you'll want to make a thread in the RP disscussion board for your RP thread to put anything OOC into.

Nothing. Period.

We can't allow ANYTHING that isn't story writing roleplay to be in a post there due to technical reasons: No matter what we do, all links, extra writing, even pictures, will add to the word count and will affect the program's total of your xp.

Gotcha, its not that hard. After all thats what the rpg discusion is for. Thanks!

How much does an image really add to the count? Because I enjoy placing images in my roleplays to help emphasize certain events/introduction of things or characters. (I don't go overboard through, it's usually just a single image every few roleplays and only if its relevant).

Absolutely no images in IC posts are allowed. Descriptions of images actually earn you more XP than the image itself.

Ah, but we can link the image url to a word. Works for me.

@Xena: True, but that's not as effective for an attention-grabber =P

Links are okay as long as it's a link on a word and not just the text of the url.

Examples: http://www.cdbzrpg.com/forum/ <-- not okay

[url=http://www.cdbzrpg.com/forum/]The first sentence of your post about how you are awesome![\url] <-- okay!

With the correct end tag of course, I reversed the slash so it would show. Should be /url not \url.
