Talk! - Alura - 02-27-2009 Feel free to make threads, comment, discuss and spam! This forum is for you OOC-whores! Talk! - Kazuya - 02-27-2009 N00bz Talk! - Sullivan - 02-27-2009 I'm excited. Talk! - Kazuya - 02-27-2009 It shows. Talk! - Sullivan - 02-27-2009 xD I've always wanted to be in a FoF just for the reasoning that FoF2 was epic. I've grown a lot as a writer since I've been in the DAs, and now the positions of power players are up for grabs. This will probably be the first step in creating inevitable power gaps, and I'd like to be on the right side of it. Talk! - Kazuya - 02-27-2009 Heh you know, you could be right. Then again, stats, IMO, are moot to me. Its all about ability to create a good story. I got here just at the very, very end (talking last post in the entire forum at the time) and wanted to be in one. Talk! - Sullivan - 02-27-2009 Stats might be moot in terms of good story, but in terms of forum competition and your character's ability to progress smoothly, higher stats give more benefits. For instance, more abilities and techiques are quality writing fodder. And the stronger your character is, the better your odds in the Dragonball race. Talk! - Celena - 02-28-2009 Stats have always had a part to play in stroyline sagas just like Power ups have always played a part in competition sagas in the past. Talk! - Piper Juunanagou - 02-28-2009 I'm rather excited for this. Talk! - Alura - 02-28-2009 As a heads-up, we're currently at 17 people. 7 volunteers, 10 people forced into it Talk! - Celena - 02-28-2009 In FoF2 there were so many applicants that not everyone could get in. *cough* Kirano *sob* To be honest, I would have been eliminated quickly. Talk! - Ashe - 02-28-2009 FoF2 was awesome. Talk! - Celena - 02-28-2009 Some dude named Reijin won. Talk! - Ashe - 02-28-2009 Zena Wrote:Some dude named Reijin won. Yeah, but that still doesn't detract from the awesomeness of the angelic armada fighting Satan himself. Talk! - Sullivan - 02-28-2009 Where are the archives of that? Talk! - Ashe - 02-28-2009 Deleted. I was hoping someone would have some public archives back up by now, but its not looking to me like its going to happen. Talk! - Alura - 02-28-2009 FoF1 was basically normal. The game show goes on, but the players end up figuring out that they're being put in danger because of a TV show, and rebel. FoF2 was crazier. The same thing happens, except this time, the show is filmed on an asteroid that happens to be a piece of a bombed planet. It all goes according to plan until everything realizes that the ghosts of the two armies, one in Hell and one in Heaven, are starting to rise up. So, as Ashe said, the two armies end up fighting, with Satan in the forefront, and everything goes to shit. FoF3 will probably be more like FoF1 in terms of storyline, as I don't have anything quite like a Heaven vs Hell thing planned. However, I still anticipate FoF3 to be original with how it goes down Talk! - Sullivan - 02-28-2009 Awesome. Moooore. Talk! - James - 02-28-2009 Was FoF2 planned that way? or did things just sort of escalate to become this epic battle of good and evil? because if its the latter then I can't wait to see what this year will be. Talk! - Friend or Foe - 02-28-2009 It was planned that way |
