Race: Changeling

Appearance:
Changelings are quite used to being feared. Whether it is due to the ruthlessness they are quick to display, the lust for power, or simply their monstrous appearance. Like something out of a child's nightmare, Szar is a small being, resembling demons that religious texts speak of. He is short, as is common of his kind, with purple skin and large horns jutting from the sides of his head. His feet have three toes, and his serpentine tail ends in a nasty barb.
Personality:
Szar, despite his upbringing, has grown up into a kind individual. Not setting himself above others as so many Changelings do, he is quick to step in to help someone in need. Somewhat gruff to others, simply because they usually treat him with disdain, considering the history of his species. However, it was because of this that he became a cop: to try to set himself apart from every stereotype that accompanies his race.
Combat:
Through rigorous training both as a child, and as an adult in the Security Force Barracks, Szar has refined his martial and energy-specific fighting styles to the best of his ability. Highly skilled in melee, or at a distance, Szar is a dangerous opponent to set yourself against.
Friend or Foe:
Szar entered the contest voluntarily due to a heist on Kajin Rala, in which the thief used a foreign device to teleport away from the planet, despite the planets power inhibitors. This led the Security Force to believe that it was through mechanical means, not biological, that he escaped. However, the teleportation left a trace that was able to be tracked to Earth, and Szar pursued it, going against orders by his superiors. It was Szar's fault that the thief was able to escape, and Szar's resources tell him that Kai is involved. Intent on capturing Kai and returning him to Kajin Rala for questioning, Szar has no intention of killing anyone. However, should he be opposed, he is not against using the skills inherent to him to complete his assignment.
