Join application as Oriole Sands - Rafael - 04-25-2009 Name:Oriole Sands Age:22 Race: (saiyan, namek, changeling, android, or generic*) Changeling Sex: Male Starting Planet: Earth Profession: Cult Priest Fighting Style: (cunning, courageous, aggressive, etcetera) Cautious Short Bio: (a brief, brief summary of your character’s past) Oriole is the only son of the great William Sands, a world-renowned magician who was also the founding member of The Cult, a shadowy organization serving an equally mysterious god. After his father's death, Oriole was reduced to the position of Acolyte by the Red Council, the current ruling body of the Cult in the absence of a prophet. General Description: (your character’s physical features) The first feature most people notice is the silver mask that Oriole wears at all times, except when The Cult requires him to blend in. Those seeing him without it will see a decently attractive young man with green eyes framed by dark brown bangs, although no one, not even The Cult, can put the face to the name. Starting Abilities: (you only get two) Inner Strength, Psychokinesis Trait: (Tenacious, Efficient, Compassionate, Defiant, Bully, Lone Wolf, or Pack Mentality) Bully Stats: Strength, Focus, Endurance, Agility. (All must be a total of 100%, with the exception of choosing Inner Strengh as an ability, which gives you an extra 15%) Strength-20 Focus-25 Endurance-20 Agility-50 Role-play Sample: (minimum 300 words) Oriole walked casually through the under city, dragging the results of his foray behind him. Extending an arm out away from him and snapping his fingers, he produced a silver mask, covering his bright green eyes with the inexplicable darkness that filled the eye holes and sealing his true face once again. Arriving at a moss-covered gargoyle statue, the masked figure stood on the tips of his toes and kissed the weather-beaten cheek, and when he looked away saw the familiar sight of the Ceremonial Guard awaiting his return. With a heave, the Acolyte tossed the bound couple to his comrades while he changed into his robes impossibly smooth and black, perfect for the ritual to come. Once he made it into his Master's chamber, he found the pair had already been stripped and bound, utterly taken with terror at what lie ahead. As they always did, the couple plead for their lives, citing charities donated to, speaking of family that loved them-all in vain. There is no such thing as a completely pure being, and even if there were, it would surely only feed his master's desire for them. As the woman's cries died down and her blood flowed across the altar, Oriole ritually cleansed his dagger, amused at the frenzied threats coming from his other sacrifice. Promises of mutilation, holy vengeance, and even all the money that could ever be wished for were ended as the blade cut the man's throat, neatly replacing words with with a dying gurgle. Kneeling down, the priest prayed for a free, peaceful universe as his knife cleansed itself and slid back into its sheath, awaiting the next contribution to the Grand Design. Atop the altar, the newlyweds' corpses bled dry with supernatural speed, their bodies shriveling and breaking down until all that remained were ropes and bloodstains. Join application as Oriole Sands - Android-18 - 04-25-2009 If you want to look human-ish (having hair, being handsom) you're gonna need to be a hybrid if you want to be a changeling. Changelings are: My character is human/changeling, so she has hair and looks mostly human (see sig). Now if you want to have brown hair and green eyes without being a hyrbid you could make up a race (it would be under generic) or be Human, or an Android (androids can look exactly like humans but have...well, parts in them) Otherwise the application is great.
