Spiritual Insight - An event is supposed to trigger when you throw the incense onto the brazier. It doesn't happen.
Strengthen the Ancients - You're supposed to be able to talk to the Woodlands Walkers to get an item or to enter combat for this quest, and although the tooltip shows up, you cannot talk to them.
The liquid Fire of Elune - You're supposed to kill blighted elk and blighted bears with liquid fire of elune after they're killed. After killing and applying the stuff, nothing happens and I don't get credit, when I should be.

General
Sometimes when fleeing mobs, or defeating a mob, you cannot get 'out of combat'. I've found that hearthing works to get rid of this. Sometimes it will go away on its own once you get a very lengthy distance away, much longer than what is normal. I've added the .combatstop command which should allow you to exit combat if you get stuck.

A Father's Words - NPC that you're supposed to turn the quest into disappears once you're out of the fog. Fog now continues properly, tested and confirmed.
NPCs
Nagojut - at the bottom of Moa'ki harbor sea bed, when he should be on the docks. The tool icon comes up as an anvil, but he is non-interactable. Both Nagojut and Aumanil should actually be on the turtle boat, but for now are on the docks just before you get onto the boat

Yeah, I had the get stuck in combat forever thing happen to me a few times the other day. I also encountered an interesting situation where, while leveling, I'd get anywhere from 5-12 points per level. At one point I went from level 61-62 and suddenly had 54 unspent points appear, despite having spent every point up till then. For a while I got to run around with nearly three full talent trees just for shits and giggles while leveling, but then at some random time it dumped all my talents and left me with none spent. It also deleted the weapon I had in my offhand at the time.

The stuck in combat problem is an occasional "paid" problem too.

This long is purely Waff related I'm guessing, though. The servers usually have that fixed or at least limited to medium range and hearthing wasn't nescessary. Is there any chance I could see what the server runs with somewhere?
