Short Bio: Born in North Capital City, Jack was raised in an average household by his two loving parents Laura and Jonathon Rainer. As a child he did very well in school, but as he reached secondary education, his marks dropped off and he ended up barely making it into South-Southwest City University. In the end it didn't matter much, for Jack eventually dropped out after two years without much to show for it.
From there he would bounce around from job to job, spending most of his time "in between" employment opportunities while living at home.
Until his father, who was a detective at for the SSCPD(South-Southwest City Police Department), managed to get him into a program that had recently started accepting recruits. It was designed as a way to deal with the sudden rise in "Aliens and Supers", the latter being people with super natural abilities.
Both parents hoped this would finally get him out of their house for good.
General Description: Athletic and handsome, despite any effort or ambition on his part, Jack is a tall, heavily muscled young adult with dark chestnut colored eyes, who carries a cocksure smirk that warns of his arrogant and narcissistic nature, and topped off with a mop of dark almost jet black hair. He is often seen wearing dark, loose-fitting clothes, despite often finding himself having to beg his parents for money to afford such luxury.

"I'm confused," he replied.
Tristan let out a sigh, and shook his head before looking up at Jack. "How can you be confused?" He looked down at the paper he was holding, and then gave it a slap with the back of his other hand. "It's all there in black and white, just sign the damn waiver so we can get you registered for the Academy." The annoyance in his voice at Jack's incessant questioning was beginning to surface.
"It's just that the form says I waive my right to sue in the case of injury or death," Jack eyed the paper warily. "Is death and injury common in this line of work, is that why you are having us sign this?"
"It's just a standard form." Tristan replied tersely.
Jack hemmed, and hawed for a few seconds and then began to open his mouth- again. However, he found himself cut short by the impatient and now red-faced recruiter.
"Buddy, just sign the damn form or get the hell out of line!" Yelled Tristan, his eyes full of fury, and his patience worn away. He'd been an officer for ten years, but in that time, Tristan had never met a man he wanted desperately to kill until meeting Jack. Even as he waited for a response, he began to run through various scenarios in which he could provide reason for drawing his gun and shooting the boy- sadly most of them ended up with him going to jail. But a small part of him wondered if that wasn't a price he'd willingly pay.
Letting out a small huff of dissatisfaction, Jack signed the paper and handed it over. "Do you really have to get so bent out of shape?" He questioned. "Man, you really need to cut back on the sugar and switch to decaff."
