Indigo's Display (and stuff) - Indigo Towers - 07-31-2010
I wanted to get C&C on a possible sig for my character and decided to just make a display for other stuff and such. I figured I should open with some previous work and the new one.

I tried some things that I never really touched with my sigs from way back when (smudging in particular). This is kind of a prototype, I haven't even touched a sig since the Zabuza one two or three years ago.

Not all that bad I guess. You gotta get better quality pictures though. The signature is brighter than the render (smh).You have to work on your lighting and depth as well. It looks bland and flat.

The biggest improvement was adding a simple black border. I don't know how, but something so simple makes a sig so, so much more appealing to me.

Finally back in the groove of things, for the most part. Thanks for the C&C so far, i've been trying to incorporate more depth into my works, and also looking for a new image to use for my character. This one is giving me difficulties.
And Psyren, i'll make you one... just give me some time to improve. Lol.

Don't know what program you are using, but maybe brushing some white here and there, then changing the filter on the white to "Soft Light" would brighten those areas up. The Spider-Man one from above is a problem for me. There is way too much going on in the picture. Plus, and this is my opinion, the blue and the red for his original suit were tacky and very contradicting. Warm to cool should be kept relatively soft.
"Triforce of Courage" should have had his feet hidden to make it kind of pop. I don't know why, but popping out of the image has always fascinated me. I hope that these were helpful.
