Well since your new ill explain lol
We all have a job class we selected when we first start that can be changed at anytime if you would like. You still get money no matter what job you do even if it isn't your current job. When you do a post in your thread rp'ing your job you can have it graded like im doing. Staff will review it, grade it and reward your accordingly.

Nope job's go here. The only thing that goes in training is the purchase of a new tecnique with Xp. Please note that job quests earn you money.
