A couple weeks back I suggested a list of possible Weapon Upgrades and Abilities that would favor people who are less combat-oriented. I'm just wondering if they're still being considered or if I should look into doing something different.

They're still being considered.
The reason they haven't been added is because we're looking at zeni gain and shop pricing as a whole. I'd hoped to have a couple of Quests graded by the community at this point to try and get a feel for what people thought reasonable rewards would be, but that hasn't happened and, as a result, things have slowed down a little bit.
