Dragon Ball Mafia: DAY 5 - John Doe - 05-31-2011 "Cowards, all of them!" The restless prince of all Saiyans stood in the middle of the street, posed in his usual cross armed stance. "These fools are just getting themselves killed. I'll end this game once and for all and kill these 'Mafia' myself!" Figures appeared behind Vegeta, seemingly summoned by his bold statement. "It's about time you weaklings showed yourselves! You may have beaten the commoners, but how will you fare against a TRUE elite!?" Dashing in front of the proud price, the first assassin attacked with a wave of his arm. Vegeta parried with his forearm, cocking back his fist and pummeling his opponent with a relentless barrage. "Is this really all you have? You'll have to do better than that if you want to defeat me!" Another Mafioso, this one larger than his counterpart, snuck behind the distracted Vegeta and locked him in a full nelson hold. "What's this?" Not wasting any time, the smaller assassin sprinted into range, pulling out a bladed weapon and pierced the ensnared Saiyan prince through the throat. As strong as he was, not even Vegeta could survive without a neck. He coughed blood on his victorious foes, collapsing in the center of the road. The Mafia had taken another victim. Somewhere far away, John Doe was observing the planet while crossing out Vegeta's name with a pen and paper. "Best. Wish. Ever." *** Josh has been killed. He was Vegeta, the proud prince, who was sided with the town. His ability was Saiyan Pride. If Josh was investigated or lynched, he would have been shown as Mafia. Rallied and resolute, the townsfolk crowded together in search for the evil doctor. They barged down his door and raided his "home" but there wasn't a trace of the scientist-turned-evil-merciless-android anywhere. "Where the hell can you even hide on such a small planet?" "Underground!" A pair of the mob patted down the floor tiles until they reached a single, hollow point. "Guys! Over here!" They pulled it back and found a ladder descending into a deep dark abyss (with science!) They quickly descend to the good doctor's hidden laboratory. In plain sight was the man himself, his hatless glass brain on display for all to see. In the old man's hands was a tiny device. A detonator?! "Greetings, worms. I'm glad you all could make it. It certainly took you long enough to find out my true motives!" The protector of Earth, Goku, lead the pack. "Give it up, Dr. Gero! You can't escape us, just come quietly." "HA HA HA! You FOOLS don't get it! I'm the one who as trapped you! This detonator here will incinerate everyone on the planet into subatomic particles!" Gero raised his hand with the trigger primed and ready. "EVERYONE GRAB ON!" The group huddled around Goku as he placed two fingers to his forehead. The doctor then burst out into a fiendish cackle, pressing the tiny red button with his twitching thumb. "THE ONLY ONE WHO WILL KILL THE GREAT DR. GERO IS THE GREAT DR. GE-" Goku and the gang flashed out of existence just as the secret hideout exploded with an atomic force. The tiny planet shook with explosive tremors before suddenly ceasing its movement. What should have shattered the asteroid sized planet seemed only like an annoying mosquito bite. The townspeople reappeared inside the town, which was seemingly unfazed by Dr. Gero's final act. "Whew, glad that's over!" *** Celena has been lynched. Celena was Dr. Gero, who was mafia, who also couldn't be affected by NIGHT ACTIONS (you know who you are). Good job townies, but the game's still on. 24-ish hours until the next Day Phase.
