Putting together a team for this league. We need to come up with a team name and I need some number from some people, if they're interested. We need Solo Queue ELO (if you don't have one, play five games and get one plz) and Normal Win/Loss. Here's what I have so far and who I assumed would be interested in it:

One thing I'd like to say if we plan on doing this, I'd like to take these games fairly serious. Such as everyone knowing what role they are going to play before hand, making sure we have CV, lvl 1 everyone guarding the jungler (or going for a gank if we think we can), building team comp properly (depends on how we want our team to look, and their team) wards, lots and lots of wards.
Yes it's free, yes it doesn't actually have any impact, but I want to actually do this competitively to see just how well we can do. Not only that, this is a pretty good way to get better working as a team for if we ever really do want to try to go competitive.
Along with all of that, I'm hoping that we can keep overall spirits high, even if we lose a few (or a lot). If we lose, just think of it as a way to learn from our mistakes to get better. I'll be using LoLreplay to record all the games to be able to go through to see what went wrong, what could have been better and such.
My thoughts on it anyway.

I completely agree.
Something I feel like I should mention. The last few nights I've played with people I've been pretty tired and definitely less patient than I would like to be. When I get frustrated or mad, though, it's almost always because we're doing things that we all know we shouldn't be doing. I certainly don't expect everyone to be "on" all the time during every game.
Another thing I'd like us to do as a team is be more open about our critique. If I say to someone "you were over extended" or "you stayed in lane too long" or "you went into a 2v5" I don't want to hear back three or four excuses about why that wasn't the case. Own what happened. Don't mistake critique for blame. I've done more than my share of stupid shit. We all know that sometimes it just happens. What I hope when I give a comment or critique is that the person looks at why I said that and how that may (or may not) have been the case and how they can apply that to their next game/engagement/whatever.
To touch on something else that Trygelan said, we all need to own roles. We all also need to practice those roles. No, we definitely don't have (or want) to run all games we play, from now on, to be srs "team tryhard awaaaaaay," but it doesn't work to have one or two champions of a given role that you can play if we're counting on you filling that for us. So here are some thoughts on what I think people should play.
Kaaden: Ranged DPS/Jungle/Caster
Waffuru: Caster/Ranged DPS/Support
Trygelan: Jungle/Melee DPS/Caster
Teemer: Tank/Caster/Ranged DPS
Dariden: Support/Caster/Ranged DPS
Civik: Support/Tank/Melee DPS
shifobrainz: Tank/Ranged DPS/Caster
If I didn't put you on the list its because I'm not sure what I would say for you. Anyway, that's, preliminarily, what I think people should play off the top of my head. So, in a game with Kaden, Tryg, Waff, Dariden, and Teemer we'd have:
Kaden - Ranged
Waff - Caster
Tryg - Jungle
Teemer - Tank
Dariden - Support
I also put roles in order of "importance." So, if Tryg weren't jungling, it would land on me. If Dariden was support, Civik would tank. And so on.
EDIT: "Jungle" I'm largely counting as "Melee DPS," but there's a wide enough range of versatility to leave it its own thing, I think.

I'm only good with Ashe and Corki, and not that great. I make a much better caster before ranged dps.
Normal win/loss is currently 382/310.

I don't really believe I excel in any role, I'm more of an all-rounder. Though if I'm jungle I only have a few options.

I'd agree with Kaden's appraisal of me, however I can play casters just fine too, you just never see me do it because EVERYONE BEATS ME TO IT.

Any suggestions for who you would want me to play/practice for Caster role?
In support I'd probably play Taric/Zilean/Sona and in Ranged DPS I'd probably pick Miss Fortune/Ashe/Caitlyn/Vayne?
Just not sure on who I should be playing as caster.
