Perhaps a thread for posting laning partner strategy, yes? Who would be hilariously good together and why, plus any real experience/downfalls of the duo.
I'll start with the Poppy/Blitz. Way too awesome of a combo: an early rocket grab from Blitz with a heroic charge from Poppy into a wall is certain to erase most of the enemy champ's life, if not grab first blood. This harassment just continues, making zoning way too hilariously easy.
The downside? Coordination on behalf of you and your laning partner is a must. Also, Blitz must land his skillshot, which can be hard when people are on the lookout for it.
I've run it a few times, and it's usually pretty keen (only Sivir and her stupid spell shield ruin it, if I recall).

Singed/Zilean for flip back into poison, slows and bombs from zil into MORE slows from singed. If your target isn't dead by the time the second bomb goes off you're doing it wrong.

Caitlyn and taric are ridiculously good together. Very safe for the carry, but stun > trap > damage can dominate a lane.

The only drawback is that you can't lose, even if the whole team invades your lane and the other three on your team turn against you. Your nexus will die, sure, but the lulz will never end

Janna and Heimerdinger are so so so so so stupid at completely dominating a lane. Heimer's turrets, rockets and grenades with Janna's whirlwinds and shields are impossible to do anything against without constant ganking. Both players take talented Clarity for even greater owning.

Stun + Crowstorm/Flash
Staying power like a motherfucker due to constant heal and drain.

Taric is just a beast in lane. He allows for incredibly aggressive play without any real risk since he can heal people up.

Was talking to Rayze about the support changes and we decided everyone should shift back to the old NA lane-phase. Mage top, ranged DPS mid, bruiser jungle, and tank/support bot.
Tank and support can split the farm since support needs it now.

You're reading it wrong. The important thing to take away from Maruset and Daeg is that laning with me = other team surrenders at 20.
