Write-Locked - Sigfried Hunin - 11-26-2011 So, Im kind of stuck in a state of" impossible to post" right now? My current RP thread is stuck until people have less to do or whatever, the League is doing whatever its doing and I was told I should have asked permission to do my lil fluid time thing. So, can I do my fluid time? Is it too late to ask? Write-Locked - Vad - 11-26-2011 I don't have a problem with it. Write-Locked - Jonathan Meer - 11-27-2011 This is the sort of scenario in which a second character comes in handy. Why not just write with a second chara? Write-Locked - Sigfried Hunin - 11-27-2011 I could write for Orsalis, I'm just not much inspired for him right now. Maybe if I get into the mood for him! Write-Locked - Alexander Trafford - 11-28-2011 If you have the inspiration to write as Sigfried, write as Sigfried. Not allowing you to fluid time stifles one of the only flickers of actual activity remaining on this site. Also, the RPG as a competitive game is more or less dead, so you should be able to write however, whenever and wherever you want. It's whatever at this point. Write-Locked - Victoria - 11-28-2011 I suggested we allow more fluid time to the site, but I believe it was shot down for one reason or another. I think it would be nice if we could all do it. The problem with permanently allowing Fluid Time is keeping track of the flow of events. If we're going to implement something like that I'd almost want to assemble a list of events in order and keep track of CDBZ history starting from 2009. A historian's job so to speak. Require people to submit a simple fluid time form stating when their thread takes place on the list (once it's compiled.) Our goal isn't to stifle creativity it's to keep the world flowing smoothly. Hence why we aren't allowing open season on fluid time. |
