Ok, guys and gals. VJ has spent a lotta time, rackin' his brain to come up with balanced wishes for the dragonballs, seeing as how all seven are out. To avoid a flock of people asking "what will we get for this" or "how much will this be" when trying to decide a wish, I thought it would be nice easy to simply post the rules here. VJ will also be updating the "Dragonballs" page off of the main site. Anyway, here's how it breaks down:
Techniques
An entire alliance, or groupd of people may wish for a minor technique for everyone to recieve. Example: "I wish for my whole alliance to have Ki Sense 3."
One person may recieve a rare technique such as Instant Transmission or the Fusion Dance. This may only be given to one person, no more than that. Example: "I wish I knew the fusion dance."
Power Ups
One person may recieve a x20 powerup. No more than one person may recieve a x20 powerup. Example: "I wish I were a Super Saiya-jin."
One person, who already has a x20 powerup, may recieve a x30 powerup. Your character does NOT need to meet the minimum requirements when recieving a x30 powerup, they only need to have a x20 powerup. Example: "I wish for an activated R.A.G.E. upgrade."
Zeni
You may wish for an alliance to recieve 15,000 zeni as a whole, to be put into your alliance pool.
You may also wish for 3,000 zeni to go to each individual member of an alliance. This zeni may not be traded from member to member. It will appear as an equipment item: "Zeni(3,000)".
Stat Points
If you wish for a stat boost, everyone in your alliance will recieve +10 points to every stat. This applies to both physical stats and mental stats.
Misc.
Creativity is encouraged. If you have a wish that is not addressed in this post, feel free to ask for approval from the staff. Just because it is not up here, does not mean you can't wish for it.

Now, if you have any questions, read through this post, then go check the Dragonball page to see if your question is answered there. If it is not, then go ahead and ask, but stupid questions will not be looked upon kindly. And yes, there most definetly is such thing as a stupid question.
As a side note, VJ has decided to allow members to exchange zeni, as long as they are on the same planet. In addition, all zeni transfers need to be done In Character. You must post your character giving money to another character in more than one or two sentences.

I think items would be treated like techniques. The cheaper items could be given to everyone, while the rarer, more expensive ones would only go to one person.

Ok, I have a more advanced wish to bring to your attention.
It was a wish once used on Assassins, Vegeta had wished for a boost in training until the end of ebterinity for his alliance.
Would that be allowed? Say 2 points amd 100 Zeni?
It's not that bad of a wish, I think it's reasonable.
Edit: 17 says that our wish would be this: 3 points to 17, MK, Rad and I and 2 to the rest, points wize.

That's only if you DO get all 7 dragonballs you get that wish. Remember, you don't have 7 yet....and you may not have 5 for much longer either.
