AHA! I found it! I knew all of my old CDBZ shit was lying around in one of those binders full of old RPG printouts and shit... in case anyone is wondering, I have the entire original Swords Honor site, The Eighth Child site, The Titus Threshold site, and Slayers RPG site printed out as well for reference... and old posts I and other people made. Like the Tales of the Future Past saga posts lol. Good reading.
Anyways, on to the good stuff.
Reijin:
Race: Saiya-jin (pure)
Personality: Arrogant, Narcissistic, Intellegent. Wants to return the Saiya-jin race to its prime. Disgusted at what has become of it.
Physical: Short spikey black hair, bandana around head, black eyes, tight gloves with metal knuckles, sleeves ripped jacket, tight black shirt, saiya-jin fighting pants, boots, saiay-jin tail around waist.
Moves:
1) Terminal Velocity: A two beam attack, one firing from each hand, fired at such a velocity that they spiral around each other in a tight, thin, fast piercing attack. Similar effect to a Makkankasappo, was used to nearly kill Chibi Trunks before the Trunks Unified fusion by putting a hole in his chest.
2) Gravity Well: Kills an opponent's equilibrium in a small spherical area, causing them to lose their balance and their balance try to throw them in a chaotic random path back and forth, unable to right themselves for the duration of the attack (about the same amount of time it takes to recover from a Taiyoken.)
3) Duel Ki Swords: Two katanas of solidified Ki, able to inflict both physical and energy damage.
4) Final Flash: A move popularized as a Saiya-jin standard by Vejita.
5) Ki Barrier: A modified Ki Barrier, this attack surrounds the user with both positive Ki energy and Negative Ki Energy, gold and black, so as to protect even better with an interweaving field of two opposing polarities. Usually absorbs any energy attack, whether positive or negative, due to the weave used, but leaves user open to physical attacks, forcing user to break concentration in order to defend physically.
6) Renzoku Energy Dan: A widespread attack that fires thousands of small energy balls out in a fashion similar to that of a chaingun or pulse minigun. Very good for covering an escape route with a wide area of small attacks, pelting anyone in the area, causing it to be very hard to dodge from, and using less energy than a full large beam attack.
7) Telekinesis: The ability to manipulate one's surroundings with the mind, using one's Ki field as an extension to his own body. Able to cause distractions and damage by flinging physical objects around.
History:
As a baby, he was sent to the planet Yardrat to destroy it. He was a very intellegent boy, although power hungry, and upon awakening was discovered by the Gaean warrior Kasumi. She had been training there, learning the technique of Shukan Idou (Teleportation). She agreed to teach Reijin, and he eagerly learned. She never could sense his evil, covered by his childish innocence. The people of Yardrat could sense it though. Finally, they went with fear to tell Kasumi. Reijin met them at the door, informing them that Kasumi was no longer there. They crouched back, and he smirked, promising to return one day to destroy them. He then grasped the Ki of Future Trunks, who he once sensed visit there, the one that made him realize it was time to act. He teleported. The people of Yardrat went in to discover Kasumi nearly dead, drained of her power so that even their healing would take a long time. He appeared while Future and Chibi Trunks were sparring.
(I'll post it in the Moves Forum when I've edited this thing. Most of the moves had to be completely rewritten from their original form, as they were written a long time ago, and were very painful grammatically to read. Seemed more like a jot list than anything, and had no true form to it other than a quick idea that served only to spark my own memories of what the moves actually did. Maybe I just didn't know how to best convey my meanings...)

To point out what I meant by "Unorthodox" a large part of his training was from the Gaean warrior Kasumi. He learned their style of fighting and integrated it with his own inate Saiya-jin training. A large portion of that was a greater knowledge of Ki manipulation, which results in him knowing about the smaller intricincies like weaving of Positive and Negative Ki energy in the Gaean way, a technique rarely seen, but effective.

The Titus Threshold? Holy shit! I was on there for like a week or two and then it was closed down. That was cool, and then it vanished. I can't remember my characters freakin name though ><
