I pool speed and strength, not because it increases ki faster, but because thats what I want Burter to be strong at. But I've lessened by strength increase and decided to put more into my recovery. Im still working on speed though, thats just how I want Burter to be built

Bra's main stat is speed. So I train that, though now I'm putting more of a focus on stamina, to make better use of her speed.
I need to work on mental stats as well...

Its a common thing. Strength and defense are often the first to get a boost. Speed is usually trained because speed is cool. Its the only stat that really serves as both defense and offense at the same time. Like people were hinting at, things might change so that strength and defense do not give the largest boost to your stats. It really doesn't make any sense for them to do so.

I focus on getting one stat to a certain point at a time. Becaus im stupid. First speed... then strength... now im on to stamina... then determination. INT all the way through. I might sprinkle attack power here or there. Im not interested on my location on the ki list anymore. I have evolved into a higher being beyond such petty things. DET could be gettingan increase sooner though, bcause it makes sense on what is going to happen in GarJ's life.

Its not all true that people are new and put points to increase Ki like im not at all Iv been here I think four weeks and iv only increased my intelligence because I know that there are many stronger fighters in this RPG but if I can be more clever then I can out think them and plus u get more move with every 50 points and that helps u in ur RPG y u ask is because then u can do more stuff in ur fights not just the same moves over and over again but I do know that people are still going to beat the shit out of me in most of the spars and fights I go into

Ok.. I stayed out of this thing for as long as I could.. But I gotta thorw in my two cent's..
Stat's such as INT are needed for thing's like move learning, much like Zarbon said, but you shouldn't just RP your char being smarter then some body else's. I mean, if I was to come up to Zarbon, say I knew ever thign in the world, you would come back saying you knew ever thing the solar system & crap like that, which is near impossible on both account's. So INT has to play some sort of role as to weather or not you are smart or not, & how well you adapt to your oppent's move's. Like it was mentioned on another thread about Guldo's hulluction(sp?) skill, if that was used more often, infront of the same people, then they would be able to see thou it at some point.
Now, other's like STAM should play a big role. Like Rad said above, if you over use a certian thing eg speed, then it'll over do your body, leaving you clearly open for some sort of an attack. Get what I'm saying people?
Ok, I've said what I wanted.. Now I'm going.. Anyone think diffrently, then oh well, your dillusion really..

I think this is just plain sad how we are fighting over stats.
Let people think what they want, it's their opinions. Let them write how they want. Just try not to god mode and other unfair things. But yes, they should be taken seriously but it doesn't mean your writing has to change. It just changes how YOUR CHARACTER thinks. Not how you personally think. Just think as if you are your character, you don't have to be the dumbest person ever but you aren't the smartest in the world. There are people smarter than you and will be able to beat you with INT. That's just because your character isn't as smart and doesn't know what to do...or something...
I'm tired, pay no bother I had to do a few things and I just got done. Leave me alone.
