False Moon - Orion - 12-29-2003
I was thinking, for anyone who wants to activate Oozaru, they have to roleplay that there is a full moon or it is night. Do we need that, or could we just say that we can create the 'False Moon' ball and transform from that?
False Moon - Vegeta - 12-29-2003
You can create a false moon.
False Moon - Kaden - 12-29-2003
Anyone with the Oosaru ability can create a 'false moon'. RPing something like a fulll moon is probably something that should be left to Staff, or a personal saga.
