One day I'm ahead of Nappa. Next day(with no training points given out) Nappa ZOOMS about 30,000 Ki ahead.

No, that cant be right. Cause Nappa joined right before you, 16, so his Max Ki is just incorrect.

I dunt think he saved points, cause I saw his stats go up each week. But I could be wrong.

No... he didn't. His stats were never updated, from what I can tell. I've always been able to see his stats on the ki list, and they were always too high for someone who just started. In fact, on the ki list (unless it was updated today) he has a transformation, Oozaru, which puts his ki into the 2 million range. So.... therefore his ki never "shot up", it just existed.
Unless Nappa already earned Oozaru and all that other stuff, in which case everything I just said was wrong and should be ignored. But hopefully I'm right.

Some stats raise ki more then others, maybe he trained alot to those and you just didn't.

I actually earned Oozaru and Oozaru Control months ago in my saga, but this is the price you pay for having to rejoin I guess.
Whereas Nappa has 7000 zeni and Oozaru and Control...

Actually...I'm former former Cell turned to Broli, who went inactive, rejoined as Broli after Broli of a month ago (or earlier) turned to Cell.

He didn't cheat. He just trained to stats that are add to ki more heavily.
