OK, if you can somehow work it out so I meet you and sell you the scouter, I can give it to you for 1,000 zeni I think, I believe that's half of what I paid for it.

Items can not be sold back to the shop. If a member wants to sell it to another member, it is their choice how much they sell it for. A scouter can not be upgraded to an advanced scouter, you simply have to buy a new one. Also, I suggest waiting until you have your new item before seeling off the one its replacing.

He has teleportation, not IT, he can go to frost once a week with like only 1 person, so if he did teleport you'd be taking a regular way back if I'm not mistaken.
