Ha! HAHAHA! I have Tourette Syndrome! i would always get the sudden uncntrolable urge to suddenly jerk my head and recently utter swear words under my breath, though usually in private. Just figured out what it was. The swearing part made me look into it and I found of the spasms are part of it too. Im actually relieved though. I thought I was just wierd.
