If people are elimenated by the collar will they be removed from the roster as if they were killed? ?( just wanted to make sure n' stuffs.

I think so, after all when they are removed by the collar, the collar turns them to dust, so they die.

I think we listed only those that we'd seen in our zones that didn't enter a bunker. As far as those that never posted at all... Technically, they haven't left the station yet, and should be ok, but I think they are going to dust as well. We'll find them.
