You all knew it was coming.

I love that you can gain and lose territories =)

For some reason my muscle won't stop dropping =(

Official Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas theread - Hellfighter 17 - 12-31-2004

Actually...no. It is WAY too different to just be a expansion pack.

Vice City could not have possibly been released as an expansion pack. The game is diffrent from GTA3 in MANY ways. I just hope San Andreas wil come out for the PC soon.

Three easy steps to making money in the video game biz.

Step 1.) Make sure your game appeals to the less active group, giving them the ability to walk freely around as well as drive vehicles at will definately increases interest.

Step 2.) When looking for more "packing" customers, or the ones who will carry more cash, it's always nice to add the adult factor by including sex appeal in, on, or about the game.

Step 3.) Killing random stangers is also a good looker, even better if you get kids to do it on the street which will lead to reports on the news! Big advertising there Wink

I actually like the game... these are just a few things I pointed out while playing ^_^

I found that they are putting more detail into the gTAs, as I was walking out of CJ's mama's house, I noticed his refelction on the floor. Also, the programming must have been hard for SO many possible outcomes, especially if you take the cheats into consideration.

I find that the rest of the game is better than the actual missions. Like side stuff and just killing people.

Official Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas theread - Amadeus - 12-31-2004

You must look at teh diversity of missions. In one mission you beat up a guy while in the other you give sniper cover and the third you smugle in a truck full of explosives.....you gotta admit its preety diversal. Also Vice City makes things better. You get to race, buy estates, use other transports etc. I think San Andreas is even better. Well see once it comes out for PC

I loved the Apache(sp?)(Hunter) in Vice city. Just go around blowing up stuff up and shooting people. I can't wait to see the army helicopter in this one. I like how the stats are. You want them to be high to be able to do some stuff better, but the higher they go, they can also be bad.

Official Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas theread - Amadeus - 12-31-2004

I personally found Vice City much better then GTA3. You can drive a lot more things, you can buy estates, you can race, you can sell stolen cars...... I hope San Andreas will be as good as Vice City allthough the PS2 version got a worser grade then Vice City

Official Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas theread - Hellfighter 17 - 12-31-2004

I don't really listen to the music. Once I beat VC I started listening, but that's after I beat it.Up to like 90 something % which takes a while when you randomly go around blowing stuff up ^_^'

I like the fact that you have more options for vehicles. There are ALOT more places to buy in this thing. Also the stealth kill is a good addition. Sometime I'll probably go on a killing spree just using that.

Official Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas theread - Hellfighter 17 - 12-31-2004

Yes, one time I tries to buy SA myself, and they said I wasn't old enough. I am not, but who cares. Thankfully Ihave people to buy stuff for me, then i go out and buy some crappy teen game =(

The major part about it is killing people, the cars, the chases and trying to complete EVERY last thing. Well, that are some factors that I like, but everyone has their opinion. Some people like the game, some people don't, meh.

Official Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas theread - Hellfighter 17 - 12-31-2004

Yes, I find that I always meet the friend zone with girls for some reason =(

But, I have had anger issues before, that have still come up every now and then, and a killing game just helps relieve it actually. Any urge that I may have had to hurt somebody dies down, after sniping somebdy's head off. But I am 14 as well, I guess my mother just doesn't care about me that much. Because the two games that she bought me were mature(Snake Eater and SA). It feels good to not be loved...I mean...aww damnit =(

I have the game, but refuse to open it. Frankly, I got into Vice City for about a total of a week. It was my first GTA game played since the series went 3D. It was interesting, but when I played GTA3 afterwards, it got WAY too repetitious. And I realized how absolutely horrendous the plot is for both games. You ride around. Go to locations. Drive or shoot, it's basically it. =\ It's no different. Driving dkfjfk to the police station and picking up a bunch of robbers or whatever is still the same thing because ALL YOU DO IS DRIVE.

Boring as hell. I'll probably trade GTA in for....probably anything. Yes, it's that boring.

I love you.

I also hate every aspect of it non-gameplay wise. I hate the music whereas the VC music was fantastic, I hate the main character and everything he says at every point in the game. I also hate every sub character in the game. =(
But like I say, it's something to do. Took me three days to finish VC so let's see if we get a record.
Chi: Shut up. GTA3 > VC > Shit > SA

Ditto... any VC and SA could both easily be expansions. Anyone who disagrees... well, you're stupid. They are the SAME games with the only differences being "plot" changes and extra items of some sort... new cars, new weapons, new stores, the ability to swim. It's still run on the same engine.

I just noticed something...

Mothers usually take Manhunt and the Grand Theft Auto series to try to show that video games are bad for kids.

BOTH of these are made by Rockstar.

...Why don't they just go after Rockstar?...

CONSPIRACY!

Official Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas theread - Hellfighter 17 - 12-31-2004

I never heard anything about DRIV3R being under attack, although that game was not all that great. My friend said it was better than VC, no way.

Official Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas theread - Hellfighter 17 - 12-31-2004

I never beat it, I only rented it for 3 days, but I beat alot. The missions were harder than I expected, but I still beat them. Umm...the roaming wasn't very exciting. The story...I kind of forget it now, but it seemed pretty good from what I remember. The weapons were okay. I didn't like the handling on the cars, sure I want it to be more realistic, but not that hard. Overall, I would give it about 5.5-6 out of 10.

Official Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas theread - The Not Cool Not Tapion - 01-01-2005

It's fun and stuff but there is way too much cursing in it. I can't play it when my parents are home if I have it. Other than that, it's cool.
