He means that back in last year, you were talking about how you needed Spirit Ken updated. The interesting thing was, the staff and I couldn't find any evidence as towards you receiving Spirit Ken. It actually turned out that you simply gave it to yourself in one of your RPs without the staff's say in it at all.
Bleh, Koola beat me to it.
And Yamcha, I basically just encourage you to work for your old stats. That's basically what I'm doing. It's an RPG. So, do what you need to do - RP. With some work, I'm sure you can reach your old standards.

It doesn't really feel like that long ago, although I'm sure it was.
Edit: Advanced Bio-Armor is for non-transformers, aka humans, for the most part.

. SK seems like a transformation for non-transformers, and although Androids aren't mentioned, I don't think they can receive it either. On the other hand, I could be mistaking human error for those who can use the technique.

The point isn't that you have an RP to back up asking for it, the point is that you, upon receiving no word from staff, went ahead and acted like you had the technique.
Never, ever assume something like that without word from staff. They may get busy sometimes, but you always need to hear an answer from them first.

But there was an installation of new staff. I'm not chiding you, I'm just saying that you should have asked again when the new staff came. We were active daily from that point on.
Edit: Arguing back and forth isn't going anywhere. I'm just going to assume that the staff is going to tell you to shoot for it again or find the RP that you wrote and see if that's good enough for SK.

On topic: Uh... i dunno about giving him his Bio-Armor back...i mean you said earlier that Ginyu isnt going to get it. And if he left and was inactive, so you took his character away, so that says anyone can come and go as they please with no penelty. In closing it all depends on how long he was gone and the staffs opinion. Just my opinion Yamcha, no hard feelings.
