Ok, so just blatantly say that King Cold and all non-changelings are locked down, but the problem is... Are you saying that anyone on Earth not with you is not allowed to RP for a freakin' month? You have to give them some way to RP, that's not right as most of the people on Earth are newcomers and they are likely to quit if unable to rp.

Apparently some people went over for the Apprentice Saga, so takeover will wait until after that. I'll also be gone for a week or so during that time, so it works out pretty nicely.
