My turn to ask for your prays. - Krillin - 06-01-2005 Man, that sucks. I'll pray for you and your grandmother. My turn to ask for your prays. - Hellfighter 17 - 06-01-2005 That's tough, man. She could get better, believe me. When my grandfather got hurt, they said that he would probably die, then when he didn't they said that he probably would never wake up, then when he did they said he would never walk, then a week later when he did they said he wouldn't be able to remember us or anybody or be able to talk, but he talked shortly after he walked and he remembered most of us. By this time it had been only one month after he got hurt, so doctors usually give you teh worst-case scenario. He went into a home after about two months in the hospital 'cause they said he wouldn't be able to take care of himself, but they say he is near ready to come home. After saying he would almost surely die they were quick to assume. And he had a blood clot, too, and I'm pretty sure it is gone. My thoughts will be with your grandmother, man. Just remember that there is always hope, even when things seem entirely hopeless. My turn to ask for your prays. - Yamu - 06-01-2005 They are yours. I know how you feel. My grandfather had a brain attack (thats how its called here) and we where very worried for him. Luckly he recovered and lives normally. He even still plays chess superbly. Allthough it is true hes a lot calmer now. I hope your grandmother will be able to make it out as well. My turn to ask for your prays. - Ruhiel - 06-02-2005 I hope everything gets better for you. You have my prayers, and I hope that whatever happens, she'll be alright. Many other people have made it through strokes before, so maybe she can, too. My turn to ask for your prays. - Hellfighter 17 - 06-03-2005 I asked a very close friend of mine to pray for your grandmother before she goes to sleep tonight, man, which she should be doing right now. Our thoughts are with you. My turn to ask for your prays. - The Not Cool Not Tapion - 06-03-2005 I will go if you take me and I'm in town. o_o Apparently the law prohibits me from driving. My turn to ask for your prays. - Zarbon - 06-03-2005 Best wishes to her. My turn to ask for your prays. - The Not Cool Not Tapion - 06-04-2005 Omg. They said like 2 months then 2 weeks now...omg I'm sorry dude. My turn to ask for your prays. - Ruhiel - 06-04-2005 I'm really sorry man. I hope you and your family will be alright. Just remember that all things happen for a reason, and that she's in a better place now. My turn to ask for your prays. - Hellfighter 17 - 06-04-2005 I wish you and your family the bets of luck in coping with this and I'm glad that it was peacefully. I know that you and your family probably would have wanted to spend more time with her, but it may be better than if she did begin to feel it. I hope that does not sound too extreme, but I think a person's last moments should be spent peacefully with those they love. I hope that you all can have closure and will be able to move on, but just remember to think about the happy memories of her. My turn to ask for your prays. - Toshiro - 06-04-2005 At least she won't suffer, Ben. So be thankfull of that. Hopefully you & your family will be able to lay her to rest in peace in your heart's. |
