You know i've seen many injuries in my short duration being in the Corps caused by dehydration. It's not pretty, they stick what we call the "Silver Bullet" which is a long metal spike up your ass to i guess check your temperature or something. Keeping hydrated is the most important thing you can do, drink water, alot of it every single day. Many deaths occur here in Japan due to the intense humidity and heat combined with dehydration, so just watch yourselves out there when ya'll decide to go out or do some physical activities.
