Point is the guy doesn't plan to live long enough to grow up. He is, and always will be in most cases, a member of the Crips. This means he has his entire life planned to revolve around such activity. The guy ripped your friend off on purpose, and no matter how friendly the two became, he feels absolutely no remorse for doing so. Furthermore, outside of possibly trying to have the police help, I would not advise someone trying to do something about it if they happen across the guy, as most likely someone would end up hurt or killed. We actually had an incident not too long ago with Blood and Crips (which we didn't even know were in the area) showing up at the mall, and standing on opposite sides of the mall yelling things at each other, but they were doing just below what could be called harassment beyond what people normally do. You know what they were doing, but you couldn't prove anything in a way to prove being able to kick them out.
