Yeah, I mean, I find that to be really, well, bullshit, considering I've already gone past 10 moves (no offense). Just wondering why it can have a "cap" when determination and luck don't, and there's no real benefit from having intel other than to think up creative moves.

The cap has always been there since the introduction of the mental system, and somewhere along the line someone apparently left it off (probably in the layout change). We already are talking about what to do about things like that, and how to use Int, but why does everyone need more than 10 moves? If you have twenty different ways to shoot a beam of energy then you should reconsider your skill design. Anyways, we are talking about some things with it.

I was actually wanting a lot of moves because I really enjoy thinking those things up, and because I was planning on making it so flowing from one move to the next was more easily done.
Having all those moves were more like rping fodder to me, and kinda helped me stay outta a rut rping-wise.

If you're okay with it, I can create a kind of 'high-intelligence abilities' list, maybe with some techs reserved for people... well, people like 20.
I mean, you could shoot it down if it's not cool and such, but, yeah.

Actually, it does. You can't use moves you don't have and your "Best Moves" are the moves you've got.
