I Just Want You All To Know - The Not Cool Not Tapion - 11-28-2005 I want you all to know that I apologize for my previous post. I should be able to be on now. Things have seemed to calm down but for an update on what has been going on, please visit my xanga. ForbiddenAlly Please, I know it's long, but read my latest post. Tonights post. I don't know what else to say. I Just Want You All To Know - Super Buu - 11-28-2005 Though some people don't understand what it's like to lose an animal you have a bond with, I do. I had my dog, Jazz, for pretty much my entire life until a few years ago. We got her as a puppy when I was just a few months old. In her last few years, she started getting tumours, and it became harder and harder for her to walk and be active. She lived with my dad, but always perked up whenever me or my brother came to visit. She always knew who we were, even as we grew. I only see my dad for a weekend or so maybe every few months, so it was strange that I was there on the day my dog passed away. The whole day she seemed to have difficulty even standing. When it came to get to the car, she couldn't walk and had to be carried. My dad left us at the house, saying he was just going to take Jazz back for a bit. But we all knew it was the last time we'd see her - we found out later my dad had gone to put her down. She was my dad's companion for 15 years, and he was absolutely devastated. I've eventually gotten over it, but believe me, I know how you feel, and I'm sorry for you. I Just Want You All To Know - Hellfighter 17 - 11-28-2005 I as well lost my dog, but it's actually been some time since then. It's been about five and a half years ago now, but I distinctly remember it. My dog was named Ginger and she was probably the one I cared about most in the world, maybe even up to now. We think she accidentally consumed anti-freeze from what people dumped in the field behind our house. The night before she died it was raining outside and she was outside, so I was going to bring her in. I called a few times, but she didn't come, so I walked out into teh field just behind our fence, and she was there, betwene the fence and a tree, just standing there. I was frozen for a fe wminutes looking at her, I was so surprised that she was just standing there. Eventually I called, but she didn't come, so I had to get her, she tried to stay behind, but I couldn't just leave her out in the rain. It was as if she knew she were going to die. The next morning my sister ran into my room and woke me up, hysterical and saying that Ginger died. That was probably the most grieving I've ever gone through. I loved her. I am sorry that this had to happen to you. |
