I reset the password to qwerty, though that shouldn't help if your old password didn't work. As Guldo said, make sure your cookies are set appropriately and any firewalls are turned off. If you have a pop-up blocker, turn it off. Also, if you are using AOL, it would help to access the training program with Parental Controls turned off (set to General Access).

That's because it's a bug. Norton has a critical vunerability to the remote code of it's personal firewall program. Unfortunately, the bug is unfixable. =\
Hopefully, it won't be a problem for long. If you're lucky, it'll clear up on its own and won't show up again for some time.
