Moved, and I have the problem where it deletes the character ahead while putting in the new one. I just close that window and open a new one. =\

when you are typing, sometimes your finger will slip and hit the insert key, which is located right above the delete key and to the right of the backspace key. When pressed, this will delete text that you have already written letter by letter as you type. When pressed again, it will resume regular typing, inserting text between other letters like normal. Play around with this in word or notepad and you'll see what I mean. Trust me, this drove me nuts until I figured out what was going on. ^_^

I knowwhat your on about, but I dunno how to fix it or nout. Just do like HF said, close and re-open it.

I figured this out back when I was on black-screen green-text word processors
Like Violet said, the 'fix' is the Insert key. Just hit it again and you're back to normal.
