There was a whole study done on altruism/'helping behaviour'. Basically how soon someone would come to your aid on a crowded train, with a number of different variables (race, clothes, gender, etc).The thing you have to remember is, if you just saw two people fighting, would you try and intervene? After all, you have no idea who started it or whatever. Anyway, hope you're fine, I hate punks like that.
