When something similar happened to a kid I knew he had to reinstall windows.
My suggetion is to scan yourself into the computer and do battle with the viruses utilizing an array unique digital weapons.

Find Bob. He'll patch you in with Dot, and as long as Hexadecimal doesn't get in the way, things should go smoothly. Just watch out for Enzo. He's ignorant, but he means well.

Two options that I can see:
1. Format the computer (the most annoying option.)
2. Set up a network with another computer, and have that computer virus scan your computer over the network.
