Amidst the illegal activity that swept across the planet Frost, there was a small vision in one man. He saw where a group of people could organize together and group together to gain more than the others who stole and sold illegally. He started off small, but eventually his organization grew to about three main players with many connections across the planets and their errand boys. This man was Samanthuel, a native frostling, and his group called themselves the ?Bjorken.?

The Bjorken has mainly evolved into an import-export business, with purchasing products cheaply from various planets and then distributing them across the galaxy. The main planet that they import if from Earth, with many companies trying to rival Capsule Corporation, so they give special deals to the Bjorken so that they can move their product. The main place that they export to is Vegeta. Since the saiyan planet has no stable government and the race is not well-suited to work together because of the rebellion that has been going on for so long.

They deal a lot with food and weaponry. They generally skyrocket the prices of food, and only raise the prices of the weapons a bit since they are already highly priced. They do not deal with being hired to kill, though they can hook you up with somebody to do the job. There is a rival gang that is often threatening there supply runs, but they appear to have gone out of sight since they switched to an unknown planet. The Bjorken were always one step ahead of them, though, and ?them? being the Cruscantes.

It is rather difficult to be accepted. There is usually a test of loyalty that must be passed, and if it is failed, you will be killed or badly injured, depending on what you failed there trust on. When they need you, they expect you to be there. They consider each other family, at least those that are at the upper level, being Samanthuel and the other three. They need trust for their errand boys as well, especially the one that picks up and delivers cargo. To be accepted to the upper ring of the Bjorken, your loyalty must become absolutely clear to them.

In a recent and daring move, the Bjorken have relocated to Namek. Business on Frost had started to decline after the killing of Frost, the leader, himself, and Samanthuel eventually decided that he needed to relocate. Also, Vegeta's position as their main supplier has changed after several major wars, and Earth has suddenly started to pop up with illegal activity, due to the Bjorken. They are looking to expand their empire - will you help them?

The people
Samanthuel - The founder and leader of the Bjorken, Samanthuel, which is only ever abbreviated by his consultant, Jonathon, is a frostling who set out to organize the crime that was rampant on Frost and succeeded.

Jonathon - The person that Samanthuel (or has he calls him, 'Sam') trusts the most. Surprisingly, he is a level-headed saiyan whom was Sam's childhood friend. He helps in all of the important decisions, and is commonly the one that Sam does his hobbies, such as golf, with.

Victoria - She is generally silent, but when it comes to a 'problem,' she'll generally pipe up. She is a strategist when it comes to warfare and can take care of most people, and will usually do so in a gruesome manner. She has been an asset for a long time, and is the jokester when the serious subjects are out of the way. She is a human, but that does not mean her power is low.

Craig O'Hara - Another saiyan, he is often called just by his last name. He is the one that has all of the connections across the galaxy. He arranges the imports and exports, and with trying to keep his contacts pleased, he is often on the job all day long, but he has the suave that allows him to get in his pleasure in his momentary time off here and there.

Joining
O'Hara will usually be called daily by a contact about a possible person to join the Bjorken, whether it be because of their transporting skills or how well they can get merchandise for cheap. They are also positioned from time to time, with them meeting Jonathon.

Rules
The rules can basically be summed up in one word: loyalty. That is, loyalty to the Bjorken, especially Samanthuel. The only time they could overlook a betrayal is if you had something with your blood family, but that would be handled in a case-by-case basis. Otherwise, you will most likely be hunted down.

When you are asked to do something by the Bjorken, you do it. They have ties everywhere, so screwing them over would not be in your best interest. If you are supposed to hire an assassin to complete a job, then do it. If you are told to deliver some weaponry to a highly-targeted area on Vegeta, then do it.

Ranks
Capo Crimini - Samanthuel

Consigliere - Jonathon

Capo Bastone - Craig O'Hara, Victoria

Capodecima - A step down from a Capo Bastone. Most people spend their 'career' in this position if they have proved themselves, but advancement can happen. Has control over a group of lower members.

Sgarrista - These people are trusted well enough to do their own thing and to take care of business when needed, but they will not have control over others.

Piciotto - They haven't proven themselves, so they are mainly just errand boys.

Giovane D'Honore - Informants of O'Hara; not part of the Bjorken, but they have ties with them.

NOTE: Join at your own risk. If you are going to commit a large betrayal, then don't be surprised if the Bjorken came after you. I doubt many will defect, but in the case, I do want them to be forewarned.
